Invoices and contracts in. Clean JSON out.

Extract, validate, and route the paperwork nobody wants to key in. Every field carries a confidence score, and the low ones go to a person.

Standardized workflows

Four recipes, already built and tested.

These are the operations we are asked for most often. Each one arrives configured for your tools, your data, and your tone of voice, and it runs in your accounts on your keys.

01

Lead Capture & Qualifier

Core function
Pulls every inbound lead from forms, ads, and the shared inbox into one place, then scores and routes each one against the qualifying rules your sales team already uses.
Business impact
Ready buyers reach a person first, and nothing sits unanswered overnight.
02

Customer Support Co-Pilot

Core function
Drafts replies from your knowledge base and your own resolved tickets, and hands anything below its confidence threshold straight to a person with the context attached.
Business impact
First response falls to seconds while your team keeps the final word on every answer.
03

Document Processing Pipeline OCR to JSON

Core function
Reads invoices, contracts, and scanned forms with OCR, extracts the fields you name, validates them against your rules, and returns clean JSON to the system that needs it.
Business impact
Manual keying stops, and every downstream record starts from the same structured source.
04

Automated Content Machine

Core function
Turns one source piece into briefs, posts, and channel variants on a schedule, each draft checked against your brand rules before it reaches the queue.
Business impact
The publishing calendar fills itself in your voice, so the backlog stops being a person's job.

Every one of these comes apart. When none of them fit, we start from scratch.

Bespoke and custom

When the recipe does not fit, we write a new one.

Some operations do not look like anyone else's. Those get built from your stack outward, on your data, with the guardrails your industry expects.

Modular adaptation

Every standard workflow comes apart. We swap the trigger, rewrite the logic in the middle, and bolt on the steps your operation actually runs, rather than bending your process to fit a template.

Tuned to your material

When a general model is not accurate enough on your documents, we tune the system around it: your own examples held as reference, retrieval from your own knowledge base, and validation rules that catch what the model gets wrong.

Privacy-first architecture

Built on your keys, inside your accounts, and configured for zero-retention API endpoints. Your data is never used to train models, and least-privilege access controls are the default.

How a bespoke build runs

Four steps, in order
01

Audit

One hour inside your operation. We map where the time goes and what a workflow would have to handle to be worth building.

02

Prototype

A working slice on your real data, so you are judging output rather than a slide deck.

03

Human-in-the-loop test

It runs beside your team and every decision is reviewed, until the corrections stop coming and the thing is boring.

04

Live deploy

It goes live in your accounts with alerting, a rollback path, and the documentation you need to run it without us.

Step one is free, whether or not you go further. .

Who you'll work with

The person who builds it is the person you talk to.

Aakarshak Chauhan

Workflow Engineer, Hextor Labs

BSc in Information Technology, 2021. Before Hextor I worked inside other people's systems — networking, Microsoft 365 administration, and systems administration. The job was tenants, permissions, and access: the part of an AI rollout that people are actually nervous about.

That is why Hextor builds in your accounts, on your keys, with least-privilege access by default. It is not a marketing position, it is how I was trained to work.

You work directly with the person who builds it. No account manager, no handoff to a junior, and nobody learning your business on your budget.

The real questions

Security, integrations, and what happens when it breaks.

It stays in your accounts. We build on your keys with least-privilege access controls by default, and we configure zero-retention API endpoints where the model provider offers them, so your data is never used to train models. Where a workflow has to hold data in transit, it is scoped, logged, and deleted on a schedule you set.

Yes. If it speaks HTTP, sends a webhook, or drops a file somewhere, we can connect to it, and we write to your schema rather than asking you to adopt ours. Older systems without an API get a scripted adapter instead, and the audit tells you which of the two yours needs before anything is quoted.

Every step has a retry, a timeout, and a fallback. Anything that fails twice lands in a review queue with the original input attached, so nothing is silently dropped and a person can finish it by hand. You hear about a problem from an alert with the failing record in it, not from a customer.

You do. It runs in your accounts, on your keys, and the documentation comes with it. If you ever stop working with us, it keeps working.

A standardized workflow is usually live within two weeks. A bespoke build depends on what the audit finds, and you get the scope and the number before anything starts. One workflow, one fixed price, no hourly billing and no scope that quietly grows.
