Hextor for Shopify

Cut COD cancellations and RTO losses.

WhatsApp workflows built on your Shopify store.

Aimed at the three points where a cash-on-delivery order leaks — confirmation, failed delivery, abandoned cart. Written in your voice, running in your own accounts, with the handoff to a person built in.

Where it leaks

The same order leaks three times.

Carts followed up before they go cold. Every COD order confirmed before a label is printed. Every failed delivery checked against what the customer actually saw. Three flows, one leak.

Not another app. A system you own.

Built in your own accounts, on your own keys. Messages go out from your WhatsApp number, AI usage is billed to you at cost, and if you ever stop working with us, it keeps running.

How this is calculated

Where we start

COD is where the money leaks. All three flows sit on it.

Most of the stores we speak to run mostly cash on delivery, and the same order leaks at three points: the cart that never gets completed, the buyer who changes their mind before the parcel arrives, and the delivery marked failed when nobody remembers a phone ringing. Each flow sits on one of those points, and all three run on WhatsApp, because that is where your customer actually replies.

01

COD confirmation flow

Core function
Every COD order gets a WhatsApp confirmation before a label is printed. The customer confirms, cancels, or takes a discount you set to switch to prepaid, and the order is tagged and routed on their answer. No reply after your set number of follow-ups holds the order rather than shipping it.
What changes
Catches the orders that were going to be refused before the label is printed, not after a round trip.
02

Failed delivery flow

Core function
When a courier marks an order undelivered, the customer gets a WhatsApp asking whether anyone actually called or arrived. The answer is timestamped and filed against the order, and a reattempt or an address correction is raised from what the customer says rather than from the courier status alone.
What changes
Shows you which failed deliveries the customer says nobody attempted, with their answer timestamped against the order.
03

Cart recovery flow

Core function
A cart left behind gets a WhatsApp after a delay you set, in your voice, with the items still in it. If the customer replies with a question instead of buying, it goes to the AI agent, which answers against live product and order data and hands to a person the moment it is unsure.
What changes
Turns a quiet cart into a conversation, and answers the question while the customer is still deciding.

Shopify is where we start. The method travels.

Who you'll work with

The person who builds it is the person you talk to.

Workflow Engineer, Hextor Labs

BSc in Information Technology, 2021. Before Hextor I worked inside other people's systems — networking, Microsoft 365 administration, and systems administration. The job was tenants, permissions, and access: the part of an AI rollout that people are actually nervous about.

That is why Hextor builds in your accounts, on your keys, with least-privilege access by default. It is not a marketing position, it is how I was trained to work.

You work directly with the person who builds it. No account manager, no handoff to a junior, and nobody learning your business on your budget.

The real questions

The things you were going to ask anyway.

If a plain helpdesk solves it, buy one, and we will say so. What an app cannot do is know your rules. It will not check your 3PL before promising a delivery date, apply your return policy to the one SKU it does not cover, or escalate a high value order with a bad address to the person who can catch it. Apps handle the generic part. The value is in the glue and the rules that are specific to your store, and that is the part we build.

Sometimes yes, and we will tell you when. A simple two step flow is not worth paying anyone for. What eats people alive is the fifth step, the edge case at two in the morning, and the version nobody wrote down. That is the part we do.

You do, directly to the provider. The workflow runs in your accounts on your keys — your model API key, your WhatsApp Business account — so usage is billed to you at cost and we never mark it up. It also means your customers see messages from your own WhatsApp number, not ours. We size the running cost with you during the audit, before anything is built, so it is a number you agree to rather than one you discover. The monthly is for keeping it running: monitoring, alerts, and changes as your store changes. Cancel it and the build stays yours and carries on working, because it was never sitting on our account to begin with.

It stays in your accounts. We build on your keys, inside the tools you already run, with least-privilege access controls by default. We do not copy your customer data anywhere, and your data is never used to train models.

Only if it is built that way. Replies are written in your voice from your own resolved tickets, and every flow has a point where a person takes over. The goal is that customers get answers faster, not that they get a bot.

Things break. Every step has a retry, a timeout, and a fallback, and anything that fails twice lands in a review queue with the original order attached. You hear about a problem from an alert, not from a customer.

No. You know your store, we know the tools. The audit is a conversation about where your hours go, not a technical review, and nothing needs installing for it.

Start here

Start with the audit. It is free, and you keep the map.

One hour inside your store. We map where the hours actually go, and what a workflow would have to handle to be worth building. If nothing on that map is worth automating, we will say so.

No newsletter. No sales sequence. One reply from a person.
